Evening Events
The Ballroom is available for events 9am-12 midnight, 7 days a week.
Setup for catering and entertainment shall be included in this timeframe, unless other arrangements are made or if time permits. Tear-down of caterers/entertainers and guests must be completed ½ hour after the scheduled ending time.
Base Banquet Hall Rental Includes
Grand Ballroom offers the following tables for your use in any configuration that your event requires. (Table cloth measurements are based on a 30" "to the floor" use.)
- Four (4) - 8’x30” Banquet tables. They require 90”x156” rectangular table cloths.
- Seventeen (17) - 5'x30" tables. They require 90"x120" table cloths if used singularly. (If pushed together as a square, they require, 120"x132",and are capable of seating 8 to 12 guests – This would give you eight (8) 5'x5' square tables, plus one extra single table.)
- Twenty Four (24) - 6’x30” tables. They require 90”x132” table cloths if used singularly. (If pushed together as a square, they require 132”x180” – This would give you eleven (11) square tables, capable of seating up to 12 guests.)
- Nine (9) - 30” round tables. They require 90” round table cloths and are suitable for dinner for two or cocktails for four.
Additional table sizes and quantities are available for an additional charge
Grand Ballroom Event Rental rates are based upon occupancy as follows:
- 25 to 130 guests - $1,700.
- 131 to 210 guests - $2,100.
- Use of the Hall from 9am thru 12 midnight.
- All tables and chairs arranged to your specifications.
- One full-time attendant, on site from 9am-12 midnight.
- Use of our prep kitchen – Includes refrigerators, ice machines. (You may hire your own caterers)
- Use of our Beautifully lighted Antique Bar. (You may hire your own bar service)
- Use of our fully equiped D.J. Booth and P.A. system. (You may hire our DJ or use your own)
- Use of our Disco Lighting system.
A damage deposit of $500 shall be collected from the renter secured as a charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will not be processed until after the event following Grand Ballroom's confirmation of damage. See Rental Agreement Documents for further terms and conditions.
Other Services
The attendant is on premises throughout your entire event.
We will be happy to secure additional services such as your caterer, bartenders, entertainers, additional tables, linens, etc. Those items may be ordered at a later date as arrangements are finalized and will be invoiced separately. All payments must be made in full before event date. Please see our Vendor List
You may use your own Caterer, DJ, Bartendar etc at no extra cost.
